Our policy for refunds is designed to be transparent and fair. We are committed to ensuring satisfaction with our courses and webinars. This policy applies to all purchases made on ZenithEd.

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all our courses. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@zenithed.com with your purchase details. Please include your order number and the reason for your refund request. We will process your request within 5-7 business days.

Conditions for Refund

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the original purchase date.
  • To be eligible, you must not have completed more than 25% of the course content.
  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.

Non-refundable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for a refund. These include any services that have been fully rendered, such as completed 1-on-1 mentorship sessions, or any course for which a certificate has already been issued.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@zenithed.com.
